Nine De La Salle University faculty researchers are included in the 2024 list of the world’s top 2% researchers across all disciplines, based on the c-score metric developed by the team lead by John Ioannidis of Stanford University.
The list includes approximately 200,000 scholars across the globe.
Five faculty members are included in the list of top researchers based on cumulative career statistics. They are Dr. Kainam Thomas Wong, Dr. Kathleen Aviso, Dr. Anthony SF Chiu, Dr. Louie Razon, and Dr. Raymond Tan. This year, there are a total of 38 locally-based researchers listed.
Moreover, seven Lasallian faculty members are among the world’s leading researchers based on 2023 statistics. They are Dr. Allan B.I. Bernardo, Dr. Aristotle Ubando, Dr. Kainam Thomas Wong, Dr. John Jamir Benzon Aruta, Dr. Kathleen Aviso, Dr. Fides del Castillo, and Dr. Raymond Tan.
There are 59 Philippine-based researchers included in the list.
