The DLSU Research Ethics Review Committee would like to inform the Lasallian community that to best manage the number of research ethics review applications, applications for review will be received every Friday until 5:00 PM, except during work suspensions or breaks announced by the university. For Term 3 of AY 2024-2025, kindly take note of the following dates:

The following are the required documents to submit for an ethics review application:
- Duly accomplished RERC Form 6A Application for Ethics Review
- Study proposal
- Informed Consent Form (ICF) (if applicable)
- Assent Form (if applicable)
- Data gathering instruments (questionnaires, surveys, FGD/KII interview guide)
- Technical Review Certificate of Approval (from CRC/RGMO for those with internal funding; or for undergraduate/graduate students, from the thesis adviser and panel for accepting revised thesis proposal or dissertation proposal)
- CV of proponent, co-proponents, and thesis adviser
Note: For collaborations involving other institutions and other countries, kindly include the mother proposal for better context appreciation of the research proposal application.
