1.Will the UCPB account number be changed?
Yes. The UCPB account numbers will be converted and migrated to LANDBANK account numbers based on the equivalent type
of account.
2. Until when can I use my UCPB Account and Online Banking?
You may still use your UCPB Online Banking and ATM until August 19,2022. (for P. Ocampo Accounts)
3. What will happen to my UCPB Account by August 20,2022 ?
All the outstanding balances of your UCPB Account will AUTOMATICALLY BE TRANSFERRED to your new Landbank Account by
August 20,2022.
3. When can I use my Landbank ATM and Online Access?
You may be able to enjoy the full features of your Landbank ATM and online access after our balance transfer date of August 20
(We recommend that you use it by august 21,2022 since we will probably be offline by whole morning of August 20 due to
balance transfer)
4. What will I do with my online Banking?
For individual clients enrolled in UCPB internet banking facility, your account will be automatically enrolled in iAccess, a
LANDBANK’s retail internet banking facility. This can be accessed using your existing UCPB User ID enrolled in UCPB internet
banking facility, with a default password of “the last 4 digits of your UCPB account number plus your last name (ALL CAPS,
special characters and spaces will be ignored)”. Only individual accounts with ATM will be allowed to have an online access
with their account. Passbook clients and checking account without ATM can no longer have an access with Landbank’s
individual online facility. (Our new accounts associates will inform you if you are included on the auto enrolled UCPB Connect
clients with the Landbank IAccess Facility)
5. What will happen to the issued Post Dated Checks?
UCPB clients’ issued will be accommodated for a certain period (tentatively March 1,2024).
All issued checks bearing your old UCPB accounts will be debited to your new checking account with Landbank under special
arrangement with clearing of banks.
6. Will their payroll account still be maintained?
LANDBANK and UCPB shall communicate with the institutional clients/employers to discuss and execute the needed
Memorandum of Agreement. The UCPB payroll account will be converted and migrated to the LANDBANK payroll account.
LANDBANK will send letters or emails notifications and text messages to the clients about the migration to inform them where
and when to claim their new ATM card. Payroll account will now have required maintaining balance of P100.00
7. Will the UCPB CheckStarter Account with only P1,000.00 maintaining balance be retained?
The UCPB CheckStarter Account will be converted to LANDBANK regular checking account. LANDBANK maintaining balance and
minimum required ADB for a regular checking account is P5,000.00 for individual clients and P10,000.00 for institutional clients.
A service fee of P200.00 will be charged for checking accounts falling below ADB requirement for two (2) consecutive monthend
and every month-end thereafter.
8. Will the UCPB Multi-One (All-in-One Savings and Checking Account with ATM and Passbook) with initial deposit and
minimum ADB requirement of P20,000.00 be retained?
The UCPB Multi-One Account will be converted to LBP Peso E.A.S.Y. (Earning Access and Sure Yield) Check with ATM Access
Account. However, LBP passbook will no longer be issued to account holders. LBP maintaining balance and minimum ADB
requirement for this account is P10,000.00. A service fee of P200.00 will be charged for checking accounts falling below ADB
requirement for two (2) consecutive month-end and every month-end thereafter
