What sets successful family-run MSMEs apart in the fast-paced digital marketplace? 💼📊

In the fast-growing digital marketplace, many family-run businesses thrive—but just as many struggle. Without the right governance, management, and role clarity, even the most promising MSMEs risk inefficiency, misalignment, and stagnation.

Abigael Abis (MBA ’21) tackles this challenge in her Integrated Action Research, “Improving the Organizational Structure of Fresco PHL Towards Role Clarity, Better Synergy, and Streamlining.” Using Fresco PHL, an online family-run micro business for her action research, she reveals how role clarity, synergy, and streamlined processes can be the difference between long-term success and organizational chaos.

This introduces a cause-and-effect model, showing how a well-structured business can enhance efficiency, boost collaboration, and create a solid foundation for growth.

🏆 Her IAR was recognized as Outstanding Integrated Action Research, reflecting its impact on MSMEs.
