Last March 31, 2023, Atty. Gil delos Reyes, Dean of the Tañada-Diokno School of Law invited the BITUIN Program Team for a whole-day process redesign workshop at the Rufino Campus. The outcome of the workshop will be a series of process recommendations, and quick win solutions to address pressing TDSOL challenges. The workshop is joined by external digital and change consultants namely, Technopoly Inc. for process implementation and quality management and Indra Philippines for data and business requirements.
While concurrent workshop participants are composed of users representing the different DLSU departments, the existing processes and policies for the Tañada-Diokno School of Law are unique from most graduate programs. Key TDSOL stakeholders Associate Dean, Rebecca Khan; Academic Programming Officer, Rochelle Tabirao; and Administrative Assistants, Reggie Reyes Ronel Saligumba, Melchor Jr. Allauigan, and Jenny Tecson-Gonzales joined in the discussion on how to improve the campus processes and resolve challenges found in student services, faculty assignments and manually managing curriculum.
The process redesign workshops kicked-off last August of 2022 and are attended by key university stakeholders. The goal is to engage the DLSU community in process discussions and policies that are essential to resolving pain points experienced by students, faculty, and staff and improve campus services.
